Return/Refund Policy

-Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

- If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact niiiceapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!

-Items purchased at a discount or SALE category are FINAL SALE

-Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

 -RETURN INSTRUCTIONS-

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

 -DAMAGED ITEMS-

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at niiiceapparel@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

 -Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Shipping Policy

Flat rate shipping is $6.00. Free standard shipping on order of $100. Your shipping is calculated off your discounted subtotal (total after sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.

 -PROCESSING TIMES-

Once your order has been placed, your order will be packaged and sent within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).

 -TRACKING ORDERS-

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

 -You are responsible for tracking your orders and contacting delivery services in the case of a lost, missing, or stolen package.

-We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
